The Butler Did It!
Vendor Review: The Butler Did It! Catering

I met Heather and David with "The Butler Did It! Catering", who were the caterers for Cory and Mindy's wedding at Floral Hall in Everett, WA.

I was invited to attend the reception that followed their ceremony. Mindy and Cory chose an appetizer-style reception, complete with fabulous fresh spring rolls chicken skewers with a peanut sauce. Yummy! To say the food was delicious is an understatement. I really enjoyed the presentation (you can see it on "The Butler Did It! Catering" website at: www.thebutlerdidit.org/SampleMenusandWeddingCakes) as well as the attention to detail that David and Heather paid to the buffet. I appreciated watching them make sure that the food supply was replenished, talking with guests, and even plating dishes for the bride and grrom! How wonderful is that?

During the reception, I was able to get a chance to speak with David and Heather individually. I found out that they have formal training through the Edmonds Community College Culinary School as well as life experiences regarding customer service and public relations. They also have a third partner, who I wasn't able to meet that day, but apparently adds even more pazzazz to their business with her knowledge and experience with Asian cuisine.

Their quality of service is high; their rates very reasonable. In all of the receptions I've had the chance to attend I have to say that "The Butler Did It! Catering" is one of the best. I personally would choose them for my personal functions and events.
